Information from third parties:
- Our service providers (payment, CRM, scheduling, hosting) and advertising platforms may share information with us consistent with their terms.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to: provide and operate the Services and the Velara software; schedule and conduct calls; process payments and manage your membership; personalize the software's outputs to your business; send you service messages, reminders, and (with consent) marketing by email and SMS; respond to inquiries and provide support; measure and improve our Site, Services, and advertising; detect fraud and protect our rights; and comply with law.

We share information with:
- Service providers who work on our behalf — payment processing, membership/community hosting, CRM, email/SMS delivery, scheduling, website hosting, and analytics.
- Advertising partners — for measurement and retargeting (you can opt out; see Section 7).
- Legal / safety — when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising cookie activity may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state laws; you may opt out as described below.
